PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND:

  • Senior lawyer with strong experience in strategic civil litigation, risk analysis, definition of legal arguments, portfolio management, and development of strategies aligned with client interests.
  • Completed an Arbitration Course at PUC/SP and has worked in arbitration proceedings, following the entire process from the establishment of the Arbitral Tribunal to the final outcome of the claim.
  • In the contractual area, she has experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and business contracts, with emphasis on service agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, commercial representation agreements, partnership agreements, and confidentiality agreements (NDAs). Her work focuses primarily on mitigating risks and preventing litigation.
  • She has experience in real estate contracts, including commercial leases, purchase and sale of real estate, and analysis of guarantees, due diligence in real estate acquisition and disposal transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, deeds, and related instruments.
  • She served as coordinator of civil litigation, leading a team of lawyers and interns.
